The order usually takes 3-7 business days & 5-10 business days to reach all the metros cities & rest of India respectively. However, for some pin codes it might take a little more time than usual. In case of delay please write to us at shopping@blanc9.com

You will get a confirmation of the placed order on your registered email ID and phone number. Besides, we will further notify you once it is dispatched from the warehouse.

In case the order does not get delivered within 5-10 working days, you can write to us at shopping@blanc9.com . We will do our best to get it delivered at the earliest.

We provide PAN India free shipping on all orders.

At the moment, we do not deliver items outside India. However, you can make a purchase from anywhere in the world as long as the shipping address is within India.

You can cancel your order before the product has been shipped, within 2 hours of the order placement. Our Customer Service Executives will contact you for confirmation of the cancellation request. Once the cancellation request has been made from your end, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel your order.

For all exchanges and returns please email our customer care executives at shopping@blanc9.com along with your complete order details and issues. 

Exchange of Orders:

In the event the Items delivered to you have any of the following issues:

  • Items that are physically damaged or defective
  • Items that are wrongly delivered
  • Wrong size
  • Wrong Quantity

You would be allowed only to order an item with equivalent price or higher price. The new items will be shipped to you only after receiving the applicable additional payment. 

We will accept Replacement and Exchanges of an item ONLY if ALL of the following conditions are met:

  • Size exchange should be initiated within 7 days of delivery of the Item
  • It is the first time you are returning the order, we don’t exchange/replace twice
  • The tags and labels on the item should be intact
  • The product should be unwashed, unused, and in undamaged condition
  • The product is returned along with the original packaging.

Please note that we do not provide reverse pick-up services. The package needs to be sent back to us by the customer bearing the cost of shipping.

We strive to deliver the best quality standards, however, in case you receive a damaged / defective product, we should be notified within 24 hours of delivery. Also, we request you to email us a photograph of the damaged / defective product on shopping@blanc9.com. In case you fail to intimate about the same, return might not be processed. 

We try our best to deliver the right products within time, however, in a few rare cases if you receive a different / wrong product, please mail us at shopping@blanc9.com.

Return / Exchange request needs to be raised within 7 days of the delivery date.

While placing your order you will find an option for the SIZE CHART on the product page which includes detailed information on sizes and fit. You may click on the same and find your perfect size.
