2. Defective Products, Wrong Products or Damaged Products issue should be raised within 24 hrs of delivery.
3. All Orders wherein Free Products included or in Clearance Sale are not eligible for Return & Exchange.
4. For hygiene reason, we do not return and exchange Rugs, Quilt, Futons, Carpets, Floor Cushions and Cushion with Fillers.
5. Products must be returned unworn, unused, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags and liners attached.
