Exchange of Orders:
In the event the Items delivered to you have any of the following issues:
- Items that are physically damaged or defective
- Items that are wrongly delivered
- Wrong size
- Wrong Quantity
You would be allowed only to order an item with equivalent price or higher price. The new items will be shipped to you only after receiving the applicable additional payment.
We will accept Replacement and Exchanges of an item ONLY if ALL of the following conditions are met:
- Size exchange should be initiated within 7 days of delivery of the Item
- It is the first time you are returning the order, we don’t exchange/replace twice
- The tags and labels on the item should be intact
- The product should be unwashed, unused, and in undamaged condition
- The product is returned along with the original packaging.
For all exchanges and returns please email our customer care executives at email@example.com along with your complete order details and issues.
We do not provide reverse pick-up services. The package needs to be sent back to us by the customer bearing the cost of shipping.
Cancellation of Orders:
You can cancel your order before the product has been shipped, within 2 hours of the order placement. Our Customer Service Executives will contact you for confirmation of the cancellation request. Once the cancellation request has been made from your end, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel your order.
After confirmation of the cancellation request, your entire order amount will be refunded to the bank account from which you had made the order within 4 to 7 days depending on the policy of your bank. You will be notified about the cancellation of your order via e-mail.
We may at any time at our sole discretion cancel your order after intimating you about our decision by writing to your registered e-mail id. In the event of any such cancellation, you may opt to replace the order with a new order after making any additional payment as applicable after adjustment or request for the refunded amount to your bank account.
Refunds of Order:
We do NOT offer money refunds.
However, in the genuine case of delivery of defective products, you have to send an email to our customer support executives at firstname.lastname@example.org along with the details of the order, nature of issues and photographs of the defective product. If our QA team approves of the defect made by Blanc9’s team, we issue you a credit note.
All applicable refunds shall be made by issuing a credit note on www.blanc9.com website – which can be used to purchase another item.
In the event of our verification if it is observed that the defect is incurred due to any of your actions or omissions, then Blanc9 will not be responsible for refunding the amounts paid to you. However, you may still opt for exchange and returns in an above mentioned manner.
Please note the applicable shipping on COD charges shall not be refunded to you in any circumstances.
