Yes! COD is available on all serviceable pincodes.
The order usually takes 7-8 working days to reach all the metros and tier I cities, however for some pin codes it might take a little more time. In case of delay please write to us at shopping@blanc9
- Click hereto raise a return/exchange request for your order.
- Follow the instructions and select the item(s) you would want to Return/Exchange.
Please note that the Return/Exchange request needs to be raised within 7 days of the delivery date. Reverse pickup will be done in 2-3 working days by our courier partner. Once we receive the product, we would get in touch with you to confirm your request.
In addition, all returned products must be unused or unwashed or undamaged and must be returned with the original packing and tags when we receive them. Items without tags will not be accepted.
You will get a confirmation of the placed order on your registered email ID and phone number. Besides, we will further notify you once it is dispatched from our warehouse through whatsapp/SMS/Email.
In case the order does not get delivered within 7-10 working days, you can write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will do our best to get it delivered at the earliest.
We charge a Shipping fee of ₹100/- on all COD & Prepaid orders below ₹999/-
At the moment, we do not deliver items outside India. However, you can make a purchase from anywhere in the world as long as the shipping address is within India.
CANCELLATION, RETURN/EXCHANGE & REFUND
You can cancel you order within 4 hours (10:30 AM - 6:30 PM) of placing the order via your Account. or You can mail us with your order details email@example.com.
In case of returns/exchange, visit the returns section on the website or click hereto raise a return request for your order. You need to pack the product back in its original packing (with tags) and handover the packet to our courier person. As soon as we have it back in our warehouse, we will verify and issue a refund in the form of a website coupon code.
In addition, order placed during any sale (eg: BOGO or Clearance Sale) which includes free products are not eligible for returns / exchanges.
*Please note, custom sizes, add length, add sleeves, any modifications on products are treated as Tailored products and not eligible for Return & Exchange
A) In Case of product/size exchange - The 1st exchange on original order is free and a charge of ₹150 would be debited for any further exchange.
B) In case of Customer Return:
B.1 On orders below ₹999- Shipping charges of ₹100 are not refunded in case of any return.
B.2 On orders above ₹999- We levy a charge of ₹150 for any return placed as reverse shipment fee.
We strive to deliver the best quality standards, however, in case you receive a damaged / defective product, we should be notified within 24 hours of delivery. Also, we request you to email us a photograph of the damaged / defective product on firstname.lastname@example.org. Incase you fail to intimate about the same, return might not be processed.
We try our best to deliver the right products within time, however, in a few rare cases if you receive a different / wrong product, please visit the returns section on the website or click hereto raise a return request if you receive any wrong order. Any shipping charge will not be charged on that order.

Filled Cushions, Rugs, Quilt, Futons, Carpets and Floor Cushions cannot be returned keeping hygiene into consideration. In addition, orders including any free products received during promotional events/offers are not eligible for returns / exchanges.
Also, standard shipping charges will be applied on additional returns i.e. ₹150.

Once the product(s) reaches us and passes the QC, refund in the form of store credit will be sent to the registered E-mail.

In most cases, the payment gets automatically credited back to you account within 2-3 business days. In case it does not, mail us the details of your transaction at email@example.com. We will verify and get back to you at the earliest.
