- We offer 7 days hassle-free returns & exchange from the date of delivery and a further 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us.
- A reverse pick-up cost Rs. 100 on every exchange order to incur the shipping cost in case of product exchange regardless of the number of items within that order.
- A reverse shipment fee of Rs 150 will be deducted in case of product return at the time of refund per order, regardless of the number of items within that order. This means that if an order contains multiple items, only a single deduction of Rs 150 will be made for the entire order, not on each individual clothing item.
- Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.
- For Any orders, a store credit will be provided once product received and inspected on your registered email address/contact number.
- Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund would not be provided.
- Please share the package unboxing video (at shopping@blanc9.com) for wrong product / missing / Damaged item received within 24 - 48 hours of product delivery otherwise the issue will not be entertained.
- Payments made with COD/Prepaid option will receive store credit equivalent to the amount paid by you, which can be used anytime.
- Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable.

SELF-SHIPPING OF ORDERS FOR RETURNS:

Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and the ORDER ID and registered mobile number is mentioned on the packaging. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact. Within 48 hours of receiving the product(s), the complete amount + Shipping Charges (in lieu of courier charges) will be refunded to you in the form of store credit (gift card).
PLEASE NOTE: We request that you do not use The Professional Couriers for self return as they are not reliable and the package will not be accepted at the warehouse. Please make sure your courier costs do not exceed the amount stipulated above. We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service. Speed Post is a Government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.

- The customer will be under an obligation to take utmost care of the product(s) whilst the products are in their possession. This includes all of the product(s) instructions, documents and wrappings while returning the product(s) in the same condition as received.
- In circumstances where the customer feels that the product does not conform to the standards at the time of delivery, they shall promptly contact us via Phone/WhatsApp: +91-7303887649, Emai Id.: shopping@blanc9.com with details of the product and its damage within 1 day of receiving the products; whereon, the customer will receive instructions from us.
- Upon return of the product, we will fully examine it and notify the customer of their right to a refund (if any) via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We aim to process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 working days from the day, we confirmed to the customer via e-mail that they are entitled to a refund.
