2. Please share the package unboxing video for wrong product / missing / Damaged  item received within 24 - 48 hours of product delivery otherwise the issue will not be entertained.
3. All Orders wherein Free Products included or in Clearance Sale are not eligible for Return & Exchange.
4. For hygiene reason, we do not return and exchange Rugs, Quilt, Futons, Carpets, Floor Cushions and Cushion with Fillers.
5. Products must be returned unworn, unused, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags and liners attached.
