1. Refunds for Prepaid and COD order will be refunded in the form of Website Credit only.
2. Please share the package unboxing video for wrong product / missing / Damaged  item received within 24 - 48 hours of product delivery (at shopping@blanc9.com) otherwise the issue will not be entertained.
3. All Orders with Free Products or B1G2 not eligible for returns or exchanges; Flat 50% Off items are exchange only.
4. For hygiene reason, we do not return and exchange Rugs, Quilt, Futons, Carpets, Floor Cushions and Cushion with Fillers.
5. Products must be returned unworn, unused, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags and liners attached.
